What is a 'Pro Stock' hockey stick?
Pro stock sticks are custom-built for professional players in leagues like the NHL. Unlike retail sticks, they are reinforced for higher durability and often feature unique curves, flexes, and finishes not available in standard stores.
Do you offer a warranty on pro stock sticks?
Because pro stock sticks are manufactured for professional use and sold at a significant discount, they typically do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. However, we guarantee every stick is brand new and inspected for structural integrity before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a stick if I don't like the curve?
We accept returns on unused, uncut, and un-taped sticks within 30 days of purchase. Once a stick has been used on the ice or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.
What does 'Refurbished' or 'Repaired' mean in your listings?
We occasionally offer 'Refurbished' sticks which have been professionally repaired using advanced carbon fiber technology. These offer the same performance as a new stick at a fraction of the cost and include a 30-day repair-site warranty.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
